Dissolution
It can be mixed in any ratio with hot and cold water or added directly to the treatment baths.
Dosage
Vat and leukoesters: 6 – 8 g / L
Disperse: 1 – 3 g / L
Naphthols: 12 – 15 g / L In this dye it improves the stability of the naphtholizing baths with
consequent improvement of the rubbing fastness.
Dispersed and acids (e.g. metalized 1: 2): 0.5 – 2 g / L Applicable also in the presence of carriers.
Properties
Excellent resistance to hard water, excellent stability to diluted acids and bases, insensitive to
oxidants and reducing agents.
SAPOLJET817 is a product particularly suitable for dyeing operations with disperse dyes, vats or
naphthols, due to its dispersing characteristics even at high temperatures.
It also has an equalizing and protective colloid action. It does not foam.
In dyeing with vat dyes, the reduction of dyes is facilitated and their precipitation is prevented. It is
also used in the tincture of leukoesters.
Applications
