Properties

POLYSTRIP 465 is used in industrial laundries as a neutralizing agent for permanganate and hypochlorite, it is used in
an acidic environment at a temperature of about 40-50 ° C.
POLYSTRIP 465 is self-buffered so as not to have to add acid.
POLYSTRIP 465 allows to obtain markedly whiter backgrounds than a neutralization with metabisulphite. Avoid contact
with oxidizing substances, in the presence of water with a high concentration of heavy metals use CHELASOL 318.
Aqueous solution of an organic reducing agent, used in the post-treatment of dyes with dispersed dyes on PES, PES /
PAN and acetate.

Applications

Permanganate neutralizer: 1 – 2 g / L
Polyester stripping: 2 – 3% m.p.
