Stability
Good with acids, excellent with alkalis and concentrated saline solutions. Low stability to sodium hypochlorite.
Dosage
In circulating bath appliances, we recommend using 0.5 – 2 g / L.
In the case of particularly beaten and textured fabrics, it is advisable to increase the doses up to 3 – 5 g / L.
Applications
NOVALENE 112 is stable in hard water and in strongly alkaline baths and develops its wetting action both cold and
hot. The product has been specially designed for wrapped materials, such as cones, but can be used whenever it is
necessary to increase the wetting power. It can be used in both continuous and discontinuous processes; in classic
dyeing processes such as particular technologies, such as spray, foulard etc.
NOVALENE 112 can be used in both discontinuous and continuous or semi-continuous purging processes.
In dyeing, NOVALENE 112 is particularly suitable on cotton and staple which have not previously been scoured.
