Properties
The NEUTROSOL 878 is a good leveling agent used in the dyeing of wool-nylon blends with acid dyes.
The NEUTROSOL 878 acts blocking amminic groups presents in polyamide fibers and it delays the absorption of the
colour on the fibres, avoiding disunited shades expecially on light and medium tones.
The NEUTROSOL 878 is also used in dyeing of dark shades as leveling to avoid a darker shade on nylon fibre
Applications
In the dyeing bath; first add NEUTROSOL 878, then acid calculated as usual, stir 5 – 10 minutes in the dyeing machine,
at last add the dyestuff.
Thus operating, the dyeing, at the beginning happens with blocked fibers from NEUTROSOL 878, so we will have a
controlled process as previewed.
