Solution

It can be mixed in any ratio with hot or cold water. Dilute it before adding it to the dye baths

Dosage

Direct dyes: 1 – 3 g / L (R.B. of 1: 10/20)
Vat dyes: Light shades 1 – 4% m.p.
Medium shades 1 – 3% m.p.
Dark shades 0.5 – 1.5% m.p.
LEVELLING OF DIFFERENT COLORS
Direct: 2 – 3% m.p. to the stamp
Vat: 3 – 6% m.p. in a blind vat. Add EGALIN 815 to help color discharge.
LEVELLING AGENT (Pure protein fibers or with polyamide): 1 – 2% m.p.
GENERAL DETERGENT: 0.5 – 1.5% m.p.

DETERGENTE GENERALE: 0,5 – 1,5% p.f.

Properties

EGALIN 175 is a leveling agent for dyeing cellulosic fibers and bast fibers with direct or vat dyes.
The characteristics of this product can be summarized as follows:
– Levelling power.
– Good retarding power with minimal dye retention in the dye bath.
– It increases the speed of migration and diffusion of dyes, thus optimizing the dyeing processes.
– It is compatible with BLOCCANTE 496 in the dyeing of wool – cellulosic blends (natural or artificial)
