Properties
BIOSIZE HT GO 711 is an amylase that can be used for the elimination of starch-based finishes, on
cellulosic supports, at a temperature between 70 ° C and 90 ° C.
This action is facilitated and enhanced by using non-ionic wetting products of the NOVALENE 110
or BIOPAL 150 type and, if necessary, anionic dispersants of the SAPOLJET 824 type. By operating
appropriately, the work can be rationalized by combining the desizing with operations such as
scouring or bleaching.
Finally, to increase the surface cleanliness of the fibers and remove the possible presence of
methylcellulose, from 0.2 to 0.5 g / L of a cellulase such as NOVACEL 895 can be added to the
desizing bath.
Applications
Reel, Jet, Flow: Introduce the material into the bath at 40-60 ° C with BIOSIZE HT GO 711.
Quickly heat until boiling. At this point the desizing is finished.
Jigger: Prepare the bath at 80 ° C with half dose of BIOSIZE HT GO 711.
After the first lyso, add the second half of the enzyme and go to the mark.
Continue for 1-2 lyses.
Continuous washing: Apply BIOSIZE HT GO 711 at about 90 ° C in the pad and possibly in the first
washing tanks. Treat for 60-150 sec. before washing thoroughly.
From the point blank: The warm fabric coming from the point blank is passed into the flame
extinguishing tray where the bathroom is set up with BIOSIZE HT GO 711 at 80 – 90 °.
It impregnates with R.S. of approx. 100% and is stored for 1-2 hours, after which it is washed.
Pad-steam: Use BIOSIZE HT GO 711 at 70-90 ° C in the impregnation tank at the inlet of the
vaporizer.
The desizing is completed in about 60 sec. for loose-brimmed fabrics and in 60-120 sec. for folded
fabrics. Then wash with first boiling and alkaline bath for soda solvay at pH 11 approx.
