Dosage

BIOLAN 288 is used for the soaking and pre-washing of wool yarns intended for bleaching or dyeing
with cabinet appliances.
A better penetration is thus obtained, to which a good cleaning action is added, consequently
obtaining a better degree of whiteness of the “base”.
In the “crabbing” for a quick and uniform imbibition of the pieces we recommend: 0.5 – 2 g / L.
When bleaching wool, the use of: 0.4 – 2 g / L is recommended

Properties

BIOLAN 288 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems allowing, in the impregnation
processes, to obtain a
rapid and homogeneous absorption of the bath, even with articles that are difficult to wet.
BIOLAN 288 is stable in hard water and alkaline baths and develops its wetting action both cold
and hot.
