Storage stability

12 months in closed drums. Avoid exposing the product to temperatures above 40 ° C and below 5 ° C. Keep away from heat sources..

Dosage

Prior dilution is recommended if NOVASIL 450 is to be added to padding baths where other finishing products already
exist.
The dosage varies according to the type of finish to be obtained, however remaining between 30 and 300 g / L, DO NOT
ACIDIFY, because the product tends to coagulate.
Drying at temperatures between 130 ° and 150 ° C is recommended.

Properties

NOVASIL 450 gives the treated fabric the following characteristics:
– Rubbery and braked hand
– Good wearability.
It also offers the following benefits:
– Excellent washing fastness.
– Fastness to UV light and sunlight.
– After applying the product to accentuate the glossy effect, the fabric can be calendered.
With the addition of CATALYST 788 (10% by weight of resin) the solidity is increased.
