Properties
NIOLAN 482 is a non-ionic softener, suitable for natural fibers, to which it gives a soft and swollen hand.
It is used in the softening of polyester and mixed cellulose fibers because it does not cause yellowing in the heat setting action.
NIOLAN 482 is used in anti-crease finishing, after checking the stability with the catalysts used.
It is mainly used as a foulard, since it does not have an ionic charge, or in baskets with particularly narrow baths.
Applications
Padding: 20 – 40 g/L
Exhaustion: 1 – 3 %
