Dosage
To take full advantage of its effectiveness, dilute ANTISCHIUMA 196 in cold water , to get
very homogeneous solutions.
A lack of preventive dilution of silicone antifoam can lead to a lower activity, an imperfect
distribution in the application bath, and formation of stains very difficult to eliminate.
Dosage: until 2 g / l.
Properties
ANTISCHIUMA 196 can be used to prevent foaming and as foam breaker when already
formed. Is effective in various operations at atmospheric pressure, but you need to avoid
temperature leaps. You can’t use in machinery under pressure.
